Tangspac Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 6 months contract in Singapore. You will design user journeys for Trade and Payment Front-End Corporate Banking platforms and document functional specifications from business requirements.

You will bring 8–10 years in Trade/Supplier Financing and 5+ years in Corporate Payments, with strong knowledge of entitlement models, access controls and Agile/JIRA-based delivery. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in Trade and Supplier Financing Business Analysis.
• Experience in Corporate Payments Business Analysis: 5 years.
• Experience in Digital Channels: 5 years+.
• Strong understanding of entitlement models, including user access, roles, and authorization frameworks.
• Proven experience in corporate banking channels with entitlement management.
• Capturing, analysing and eliciting business requirements; elaborating JIRA stories.
• Agile product development experience.
• Corporate Banking, Corporate Payments, Trade and Supplier Financing, Business Analysis, Agile Methodology.

Responsabilités

• Design and document detailed functional specifications from business requirements.
• Define role-based access controls and alignment with org hierarchy.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Assist in training and knowledge transfer for application enhancements.
• Ensure test findings are clearly classified as defects or change requests.
• Lead impact assessments and estimations for change requests.
• Maintain knowledge base on application features and processes.
• Monitor risks and manage scope creep related to requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to transition requirements clearly.
• Analyse and document 'to-be' processes based on function points.
• Strong knowledge of Trade and Supplier Financing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of designing user journeys and customer experiences for Trade and Payment Front-End Corporate Banking platforms.
• Strong Trade Domain Knowledge in the following areas:
  • Letter of Credit (LC)
  • Collections
  • Bank Guarantees / SBLC
  • Invoice Financing
  • Factoring / Supply Chain Finance
• Strong knowledge of Domestic and Cross Border Payments
• Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document
• Design and maintain role-based access control frameworks to ensure users receive appropriate access based on their responsibilities and organizational hierarchy
• Analyse and document the "to-be" business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep
• Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
• Facilitate / provide "Train-the-Trainer" on application enhancements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request
• Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles

Requirements

• Experience in Trade and Supplier Financing Business Analysis. 8-10 years
• Experience in Corporate Payments Business Analysis. 5 years
• Experience in Digital Channels. 5 years+
• Strong understanding of corporate channel entitlement models, including user access, roles, and authorization frameworks.
• Proven experience in corporate banking channels with strong expertise in entitlement management, including user access controls, role-based permissions, and authorization frameworks.
• Capturing, analysing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories
• Agile product development experience
