Job summary

JUST TALENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to gather and document requirements, liaise with clients, and translate needs into clear specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and support project scoping and delivery.

Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency with JIRA or similar tools is expected to manage workflows and traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, approaches, and techniques.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese (written and spoken) to liaise with Vietnamese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, and wireframes for complex business use cases when required.
• Determine operational objectives by analysing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system enhancements.
• Assess and communicate the financial and operational impact of proposed changes.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to transfer business requirements and domain knowledge.
• Support Project Managers in project scoping, effort estimation, resource planning, and project delivery activities.
• Work with clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully understood and successfully implemented.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), requirement validation, and solution reviews.
