Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to collect, analyze, interpret, and present data to support decision-making and strategic objectives. You will apply statistical methods to uncover trends, build models, and provide actionable insights for senior management.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, collaboration with partners, and development of data stories, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights using Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, Finance or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in business or financial data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of a business enablement team, carrying out the investigation, design, development, execution, and implementation of data-driven projects and solutions to generate new insights, products, technologies, and intellectual property.
• In accordance with plan, performs/executes data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects. This includes self-driven generation of insights and recommendations using data visualisation tools (PowerBI), as well as synthesizing insights generated through the creation and use of machine learning and AI agents
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to perform experiments and validations in accordance with overall plan.
• Collects, records, and analyzes data using established protocols and processes; communicates findings to other team members for review and feedback.
• Assists in development of data stories for presentations and business reviews
• Develops mathematical and financial models, performs experimentation, creates and supports data-driven apps and dashboards to translate data into intelligence.
• Participates in the data quality governance framework design and optimization, including process, standards, rules, etc.
• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.
• - Applies data analysis skills towards the creation of data solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform

Job Summary
