Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong command of English, able to prepare and deliver clear written, verbal, and visual proposals to senior management.
• Independent and able to take the initiative to resolve issues to meet deadlines.
• Team player who is resourceful, analytical, self-motivated and confident.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates without experience but display potential aptitude in the role may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage with bus operators, industry, government agencies and overseas counterparts on licensing and cross-border services.
• Develop initiatives to improve regulatory processes, service standards and operational efficiency.
• Analyse industry data, operational trends and stakeholder feedback to support policy development and decision-making.
• Review and enhance legislation, licensing conditions, operational guidelines and SOPs.
• Prepare policy papers, management reports, briefing materials and responses to enquiries.
• Monitor licensees' compliance and investigate regulatory breaches where necessary.
• Develop and maintain systems to support operational processes including user acceptance testing and master data management.
