Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maritime operations, specifically within the bunkering sector.
• Deep familiarity with Singapore bunkering standards (SS648) and Quality Management for Bunker Supply (QMBS).
• Proven track record of managing a team of Cargo Officers and shore staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage bunkering operations including vessel scheduling and timely fuel delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the operations department including Cargo Officers.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects targeting operational excellence.
• Manage the operations budget with focus on cost-effectiveness.
