TALENTBOLT in Singapore is offering a phased Bunker Cargo Officer track: Phase A (Trainee), Phase B (Junior Officer), Phase C (Officer). Trainees receive hands-on guidance from senior officers and are enrolled in external courses to earn SS 648:2024 and SS 600:2014 certifications.

Phase A pays SGD 2,500 base plus SGD 500 allowance monthly; Phase B totals SGD 3,500; Phase C totals SGD 4,500 as the program progresses. Completion after 2 years secures the full officer role with a bond.

Responsibilities

• Trainees receive hands-on training onboard under experienced bunker cargo officers and a cargo superintendent.
• Trainees will be enrolled in external courses to obtain SS 648:2024 and SS 600:2014 certifications.
• Trainees rotate between 3 days on board and 3 days shore leave, as schedules permit.
