Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• At least 5 years of trading or sales experience in petroleum, petrochemical, marine fuels, energy, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of petroleum and petrochemical products, market dynamics, and global supply chains.
• Proven track record in trading and sales, with experience in business development, customer acquisition, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate bunker sales and purchases, monitoring daily values for marine gas oil and heavy fuel oil.
• Buy and sell ex-wharf products, coordinate cargo nominations, manage local terminal/barge clearances, and set up supplier credit lines.
• Originate new marine accounts with shipowners or operators and maintain close contact with physical fuel suppliers.
• Monitor market risks, including price volatility, credit exposure, and foreign exchange fluctuations.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding the Company's presence in the petroleum and marine fuels markets.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Trading & Ex-wharf Management:

• Negotiate spot or term bunker sales and purchases, monitoring daily values for marine gas oil and heavy fuel oil.
• Buy and sell ex-wharf products, coordinate cargo nominations, manage local terminal/barge clearances, and set up supplier credit lines.
• Originate new marine accounts with shipowners or operators and maintain close contact with physical fuel suppliers

Risk Management & Compliance

• Monitor market risks, including price volatility, credit exposure, and foreign exchange fluctuations.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct customer due diligence and support KYC requirements where necessary.
• Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in trading or sales within the petroleum, petrochemical, marine fuels, energy, or related industries.
