Job summary

Chambers Property Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Building Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems. You will respond to emergencies, manage inventories, and document work orders with a professional approach.

The position requires 1 year of related experience and relevant NITEC level qualification. WA H experience is a plus, with MCST and BMSMA knowledge contributing to success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and facilities and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on buildings and facilities systems as directed.
• Attend to emergencies and resident complaints promptly and politely.
• Maintain inventory and records of parts and end-items used for maintenance work, including store stocks.
• Ensure proper documentation of work records and work orders upon completion.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
