Job summary

Orchard Turn Developments Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Crew II to support building facilities maintenance within the mall's operations team in Singapore. You will assist in ensuring M&E systems run reliably and respond to maintenance requests from tenants and internal teams.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance per schedules, supervising term contractors on routine servicing and minor repairs, mall inspections, and assisting with tenancy site inspections for pre-take over or

Qualifications

• NTC 2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Building required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building facilities and ensure high standards.
• Carry out maintenance per schedule and monitor term contractors for routine servicing and minor repairs.
• Provide M&E support to tenants and internal stakeholders, handling requests/complaints.
• Carry out mall inspections and Daily Shift Equipment Checklists for operations readiness.
• Assist in tenancy site inspections for pre-take over and pre-opening.
• Support Marcoms events such as sound systems and lighting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Technical Crew II role.

Responsibilities

• You will play an integral role, as part of the property management team, to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards

• Carry out maintenance work in accordance to maintain schedule and monitor term contractors in their routine servicing as well as minor repairs/ troubleshooting works

• Responsible for providing the required M&E supports to the internal/external customers, tenants as well as to attend their requests/ feedback/ complaints on maintenance-related matters

• Carry out mall inspections, Daily Shift Equipment Checklist as assigned for mall business operations readiness

• Tenancy work – assist in shop unit site inspection for pre-take over and or pre-opening

• Assist in Marcoms events or any company events where necessary such as sound system and lightings

• This may not be exhaustive and will varies to the mall business operations need too, or any other work assignment directed by the management

Requirements

• NTC 2/3 or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/ Building

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities

• Basic computer knowledge

• Excellent team worker

• Willing to work weekends and shifts
