Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Civil Engineer to join a team focused on building safety for HDB buildings, with responsibilities in planning and management of performance appraisals, data analysis, and interpretation.

The role also involves feasibility studies and analyses for structural engineering issues, plus post-construction and maintenance work with technical feedback. A background recognised by the Singapore PEB with 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Recognised background in Civil Engineering by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore (PEB).
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in design and/or construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage building performance appraisals, including data analysis and interpretation.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and analyses for structural engineering problems, and manage post-construction, building maintenance and improvement works in HDB estates; provide technical solutions for engineering & maintenance feedback.
