Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking a Building Manager for a 3 months contract (extendable to 1 year) to oversee daily operations of commercial/industrial properties in Tuas, Singapore. The role involves tenant management, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will liaise with contractors, monitor CAM charges and expenses, and prepare monthly budgets and variance analyses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in property/real estate related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant building/property management experience.
• Experience with commercial/industrial buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of commercial/industrial properties.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvement works.
• Manage tenants including inquiries, complaints, move-ins/out and handovers.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory requirements and contracts.
• Monitor rental income, CAM charges and operating expenses.
• Prepare monthly reports, budgets and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with Centre Manager and stakeholders for smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and management of commercial / industrial properties.
• Conduct regular building inspections and coordinate maintenance, repair and improvement works.
• Manage tenants, including enquiries, complaints, move-ins, move-outs and handovers.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards and contractual obligations.
• Monitor rental, operating expenses and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges.
• Prepare monthly reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Work closely with the Centre Manager and stakeholders to ensure smooth building operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Building Management or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant building / property management experience.
• Experience managing commercial or industrial buildings preferred.
• Good knowledge of building operations, maintenance and statutory requirements.
