Job summary

Aquila Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Building M&E technician to perform first-line troubleshooting on M&E equipment and maintain essential spares. The role involves supervising contractor work, carrying out routine checks, and performing basic building maintenance to ensure reliability and safety across facilities in Singapore.

The ideal candidate possesses electrical knowledge and hands-on experience with M&E systems, with a readiness to inspect environments and respond to faults promptly.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of M&E systems and safety.
• Ability to inspect and diagnose faults.
• Experience with building maintenance tasks.
