Job summary

BHCC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a qualified BIM Manager to assist with Tender document creation and coordination across different trades. You will prepare project drafting plans and manage resources to meet project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Technology, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in BIM tools like Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) preferred.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.

• Assist BIM manager for IDD implementation.
• Responsible for the preparation of project drafting plan and deliverables with project engineer.
• Familiar with BIM execution plan, requirements, process and workflow.
• Manage the drafting resources to meet the project timelines.
• Develop drafting standard and procedures.
• Develop team performance through capability development and specific/constructive feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Technology, with minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) is preferred.
• Proficient with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MicroStation, etc.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
