Job summary

3H Building Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a maintenance technician to handle electrical fixes, plumbing repairs, and air conditioning support across sites in Singapore.

You will assist with event setups and help move heavy items with vendors while supervising a team of workers; overtime and weekend calls occur as needed to meet urgent requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant maintenance and electrical qualification.
• Experience as a technician preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical fixing.
• Carry out plumbing repairs.
• Assist air conditioning tasks.
• Support events and presentations.
• Assist vendors with moving heavy items.
• Supervise and direct workers as needed.

Candidate must have a qualification related to Maintenance and Electrical, technicians

Have to work at various places when required, normal working hours, but may have to do overtime, until early morning, according to the urgency and necessity of the job

5.5 days work, but occasionally weekends will be called back to work.
