Building Construction Supervisor and General Foreman

Full Job Description

Assist the project manager to achieve work objectives, personally teach and demonstrate the work of the workers. Ensure that each worker meets the customer's requirements for progress and quality under the premise of ensuring safe work and the company's efficiency goals.

1. Attend Daily Tool-box meeting and briefing workers at 7:30 a.m.
2. Familiarize with Archi and Structural drawings
3. Communicate and implement the project manager's objectives to ensure work progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.
4. Provided setting out according to the drawings requisitions.
5. Teach and personally demonstrate workers how to erect the shoring; Assembly prefab formwork; Install formwork and Dismantling the formwork.
6. Check the size, level and alignments of the formwork. Ensure that the completed form work quality meets the requirements of the Consultant Specification and PE Design Requirments.
7. And also meet efficiency targets set by the company and the site operation team.
8. Keep a daily record.
9. Report daily progress, quality, safety and efficiency to Project Manager before leaving work.
