Job summary

ENG CHIN HANG TILING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to lead on-site activities in Singapore. You will oversee construction work, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the site program to keep progress on track.

You will communicate with residents and various stakeholders, assist management with site matters, manage material orders, attend meetings, and handle ad-hoc duties to maintain smooth site operations.

Qualifications

• Site Supervisor shall be qualified and competent and possess the relevant skills, knowledge and ability to supervise and co-ordinate works on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction work on site.
• Coordinate and schedule work and workers per site program.
• Assist upper management and project managers on site matters.
• Liaise with management, employees, subcontractors and other workers.
• Communicate effectively with residents.
• Ensure smooth progression of site works.
• Assist with paperwork as needed.
• Order materials and ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Attend meetings and presentations on site matters.
• Attend to ad-hoc site duties and site matters as directed.

Site Supervisors shall be qualified and competent and possess the relevant skills, knowledge and ability to supervise and co-ordinate works on site. Site Supervisor shall possess good communication skills and the ability to relate to and engage with residents.
