Job summary

GREATLAND (S) ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects in Singapore.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate activities, manage budgets, and supervise site teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include procurement, stakeholder communication with architects/engineers, and proactive risk management, with willingness to work night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones using Procore or Fieldwire.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor expenses to prevent overruns.
• Secure permits, licenses, equipment, and materials from trusted suppliers.
• Hire subcontractors, assign tasks, and supervise site teams.
• Inspect work, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local codes and OSHA standards.
• Provide client updates, progress reports, and design feasibility consultations with architects and engineers.
• Identify delays or shortages and implement corrective measures; willingness to undertake night shift.

• Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify project delays, resource shortages, or safety concerns and implement effective corrective measures.
  Willingness to undertake night shift duty.
