Job summary

KNS Construction & Engineering PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, quality standards, and effective communication, with responsibilities spanning from initial planning to final handover and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Relevant construction management experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
