Job summary

KIM SOON HUAT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent site supervisor to assist the Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion on time and to quality standards.

You will support site operations, oversee workers and contractors, and help ensure safe, high‑quality delivery. You will lead the installation team, liaise with subcontractors, conduct regular inspections, and resolve technical discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to plan, manage and monitor projects from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Assist to manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors.
• Lead the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's project and solutions.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies and problems arising at the site (Technical matters).
• Supervise site works on a day-to-day basis and address issues related to a given project.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and work schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance of all subcontractors.
• Manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers.
• Shift work and weekend duty is required.
• Hands-on for site work such as formwork & rebar coaching and training for new workers.
