Yantron Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on engineer to connect building systems to digital platforms and work with local consultants, vendors and BIM teams in Singapore. You will deliver reliable integrations, commissioning evidence and usable asset information across projects.

The role involves reviewing schematics, configuring BMS and IoT integrations, conducting tests, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Mandarin is not required but helpful for coordination with teams.

Qualifications

• A relevant Diploma, Degree or verifiable equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant M&E, BMS, automation or systems-integration experience.
• Hands-on responsibility for at least one automation work package including integration, testing and handover.
• Experience with BACnet or Modbus and able to interpret control sequences.
• English proficiency for Singapore projects and ability to work on site.

Responsabilités

• Review M&E schematics, equipment information, control sequences and points lists; clarify interfaces, scope and acceptance requirements.
• Configure or support BMS, building automation and approved IoT integrations; validate signals, units, alarms, trends, timestamps and access permissions.
• Conduct or support approved point-to-point checks, functional and integration tests, defect resolution and handover.
• Maintain test records, technical clarifications, as-built information and operational documentation.
• Work with BIM and data colleagues to map spaces, systems, assets and points, including equipment relationships and changes.
• Support operational diagnostics and approved digital-twin or AI use-case trials; turn field findings into reusable integration and testing templates.
• Assist with genuine project records and technical-personnel qualification checks for relevant BCA CRS applications.
