Job summary

OKX is building out a post-trade and brokerage systems product, owning the layer between users and securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation. You will shape architecture for accounts, custody, clearing and corporate actions, ensuring alignment with 24/7 digital asset markets and regulatory requirements.

Your role requires depth in brokerage architecture, strong technical intuition, and end-to-end ownership across core processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
• Architectural perspective across order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path (clearing/settlement, corporate actions, asset servicing, margin, risk).
• Commercial and historical perspective on how brokerage earns revenue and system constraints.
• Strong technical intuition and ability to discuss system architecture with engineers.
• Mandarin proficiency to coordinate with China-based R&D.

Responsibilities

• Own the brokerage core — order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation.
• Shape account, custody and clearing architecture and operating model.
• Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end.
• Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist with a 24/7 digital asset market.
• Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early.
• Write precise PRDs and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
