Job summary

Trinity Christian Centre Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Live AV Producer to oversee on-site and broadcast team operations, including camera, switcher, router, LED wall, and projection setup. You will manage live streams for services and events, configure streaming encoders, monitor stream health, and coordinate multi-centre or multi-site workflows with IT and worship teams.

A Diploma or Degree in Audio Engineering, Broadcast, or AV Technology plus 3–5 years in live AV is required;

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Audio Engineering, Broadcast, Media, AV Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in live AV production or broadcast environments.
• Experience with live streaming platforms and hybrid production workflows.
• Hands-on with audio consoles (Digico, Yamaha, Allen & Heath) and video switchers (ATEM, Ross).
• Ability to manage signal flow across SDI, HDMI, Dante, NDI, and IP networks.
• Interest in serving God through church media work.

Responsibilities

• Live Production: setup, configure, and operate cameras, switchers, routers, LED walls, and projection.
• Live Streaming & Broadcast: support streaming for services and events; monitor stream health and latency.
• AV Systems & Integration: manage signal flow across SDI, HDMI, Dante, NDI, and IP networks; coordinate system upgrades.
• Operations & Maintenance: perform pre-stream checks, rehearsals, and post-stream shutdowns.
• People & Process: collaborate with worship, production, IT and content teams.
