Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals and regulate cooking equipment temperatures.
• Pull items from freezer and thaw in fridge; ensure proper portion and garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity of prepared food.
• Inform Chef of excess items and menu specials; coordinate with service staff.
• Follow all safety policies and complete safety training/certifications.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees.
