Job summary

YY CIRCLE (SG) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Creative Manager/Director to lead the company’s creative direction and brand storytelling across all channels. You will oversee end-to-end content creation, campaigns, shoots, editing, and publishing across social platforms, aligning assets with branding and business objectives.

This role works with senior management to plan monthly content calendars, manage production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in creative content production.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end content projects.
• Strong portfolio in photography, videography, editing.
• Experience managing corporate social media content is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and brand management for corporate communications.
• Plan monthly content calendars and social media publishing.
• Direct photo and video shoots; manage on-site productions.
• Edit multimedia content with captions, transitions, and graphics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
• Coordinate with departments to gather content requirements.
• Monitor content performance and iterate on trends.
• Manage production schedules and asset organization.
