Qualifications

• More than 4 years in brand management and marketing within beauty or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel marketing plans for luxury brands.
• Lead product launches, post-campaign ROI reporting and forecasting.
• Manage CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, and analytics.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing services and training teams on brand initiatives.
• Oversee budget and P&L for brand marketing activities.
