Job summary

Adyen Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a highly organized Compliance Officer for Brand Integrity to oversee governance, execution, and continuous improvement of brand-integrity programs across regions.

You will engage with Visa, Mastercard APAC Risk Teams, and network operators to ensure remediation and governance are consistently applied, documented, and scalable. The role sits at the intersection of Payments Compliance, Risk, Commercial, Legal, and Operations, requiring structured problem-solving,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or related roles.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with card-network compliance and merchant risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program management activities across the Brand Integrity pillar, including network program tracking, escalations, remediation follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support operational governance of card-network and alternative payment method integrity programs, ensuring requirements are tracked, communicated, and implemented across teams and regions.
• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for Visa, Mastercard (APAC Risk Teams), and domestic network operators, driving brand integrity programs and scheme remediation.
• Manage program plans, trackers, decision logs, action items, and governance routines for brand-integrity initiatives and escalations.
• Coordinate intake and triage of merchant, partner, and network-related issues that require brand-integrity review or follow-up.
• Partner with first line, Risk, Legal, Commercial, Partnerships, and regional stakeholders to align processes and governance.
