Job summary

The role collaborates with designers, agencies, and cross-functional teams, analyzes campaign data, and supports promotions and customer loyalty programs. Working Mon-Fri with office hours, salary up to SGD 4,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business/Marketing/Public Relations or similar.
• At least 2 years of relevant F&B experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, EDMs, and website content.
• Create engaging marketing content and collaborate with designers, agencies, and vendors.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to optimise marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and brand partnerships.
• Manage and enhance the customer loyalty programme to improve customer retention and engagement.
• Work closely with Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
