Neo Group is seeking a Brand Executive in Singapore to shape and maintain a strong brand image, drive customer loyalty, and support marketing objectives. You will develop strategies and collaborate across teams to enhance brand presence and engagement.

The role involves creating compelling campaigns, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring performance, and producing digital content for our portfolio of brands. A degree in business or marketing supports growth within a vibrant, expanding company.

Competenze

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields.
• Entry Level Bachelor Candidates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communication in the food & beverage industry will be desired.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time – to deliver results on time and under budget.
• Creative with an excellent aesthetic sense with a strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work in the West.

Mansioni

• Supporting role to the Business Unit management, ensuring the project is aligned with the brand strategy plan and targeting excellent delivery on time
• Conceptualization of advertising and promotional (A&P) plans, initiatives, and activities in line with the company’s business plans and brand strategies
• Working closely with suppliers, business associates and management in formulating and implementing A&P initiatives
• Monitor brand performance through analysis, research, and responses on a regular basis
• Monitor, control and evaluate all advertising and promotion expenditure to ensure conformity to planned deployment
• Develop creative promotional campaigns to achieve sales objectives
• Identify opportunities within the current business model to optimize revenue growth
• Manage & generate content for website, social media, and other platforms
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors

Brand Executive

We are looking for a passionate Brand Executive! You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a positive brand image, driving customer loyalty, and helping the company achieve its marketing and business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative skills, and a deep understanding of the market and customer behavior.
