Job summary

Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio in Singapore with a retail presence in the region. Brand Crew are the retail face, delivering memorable service and expert product knowledge.

You’ll work with Store Managers and Brand Leaders on the floor to keep the stores buzzing and engaged with customers. Responsibilities include radical service, product recommendations, and managing daily POS, inventory, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and people skills.
• Friendly, outgoing disposition and team player.
• Proactive, able to think on one’s feet.
• Composure under pressure and calm decision-making.
• Commitment of 6 months, 3 shifts per week.
• Flexible to opening and/or closing shifts.
• Retail experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide radical service for customers and build memorable store experiences.
• Know products inside out and recommend items through genuine conversations.
• Handle daily store operations, POS management, stock takes, and merchandising.
