About the Role

IFS Capital Group is seeking a Brand & Content Manager / Senior Manager to lead strategic storytelling, brand building, and integrated communications across IFS Capital, IFS AM, ECICS, Lendingpot, and Friday Finance.

This role combines brand strategy, multi-format content creation, and campaign execution, while also supporting public relations, media engagement, and reputation management. You will collaborate with social, performance marketing, and design teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure cohesive, high-impact messaging across channels, events, and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Storytelling Strategy
  • Define and implement brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone‑of‑voice guidelines.

  • Translate business priorities into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and business lines.

Content & Multi‑Format Storytelling
  • Lead creation of long‑form content: whitepapers, case studies, videos, feature articles, and thought‑leadership pieces for the IFS Capital group Friday Finance, ECICS, and IFS AM.

  • Collaborate with social, performance, and design teams to create platform‑specific content.

  • Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with business priorities, product launches, and campaigns.

Public Relations, Media & Reputation Management
  • Support public relations strategy to enhance visibility, credibility, and thought leadership.

  • As needed draft press releases, statements, executive messages, and feature articles.

  • Coordinate media interviews, briefings, and coverage opportunities for senior executives.

  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights to leadership.

Campaigns & Events
  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.

  • Develop content strategy for conferences, webinars, and thought‑leadership events.

  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns and events are on‑brand, engaging, and impactful.

  • Track performance of campaigns and events; use insights to optimize future initiatives.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Governance
  • Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • Support executive communications and leadership messaging.

  • Maintain content governance, editorial SOPs, and regulatory compliance standards.

Who You Are
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand, content, marketing, communications, or public relations, ideally in fintech, financial services, or B2B/B2C sectors across SEA.

  • Strong strategic thinker with experience in brand storytelling, campaign management, and multi‑format content creation.

  • Proven experience in managing content and public relations agencies

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex topics.

  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration with social, performance, design, and communications teams.

  • Experience planning and executing events, webinars, or thought‑leadership initiatives.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Bonus: Experience in SME finance, alternative lending, or investment marketing.
