Job summary

VISTA F&B SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations for a brand. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality and consistency by enforcing HACCP and quality-control measures across all outlets.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, collaborate with Marketing on launches and branding, and monitor sales and food costs to achieve financial goals while planning future outlet openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily kitchen operations of a brand.
• Ensure highest quality and consistency by strict HACCP and quality control standards.
• Maintain proper kitchen maintenance across each outlet.
• Collaborate with Marketing on launches, promotions, branding and labeling.
• Review sales and food costs daily to monitor financial performance and take corrective actions.
• Plan, direct and coordinate future outlet openings.
• Manage and groom a team of chef-level staff to maximize manpower utilization.
• Involve in hiring for kitchen positions and staff development.
