SSERENITY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to shape brand vision and drive market positioning across digital and offline channels. You will lead strategy, measurement, and a high-performing team to deliver premium branding and growth.

The role requires developing strategic partnerships, managing budgets, and aligning brand promise with customer experience in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 8–12 years of marketing experience with strong brand development background.
• 3–5 years in senior leadership roles or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven track record in building and growing premium or lifestyle brands.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the overall brand strategy, identity and long-term roadmap.
• Oversee brand messaging, visual identity, tone, and customer experience across channels.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events, partnerships and offline channels.
• Lead marketing strategy to support growth, acquisition, revenue, and expansion.
• Define audience segments and develop targeted brand and marketing strategies for different profiles.
• Lead planning and management of the annual marketing budget and KPIs.
