Job summary

Clarks Singapore is seeking a passionate retail associate to deliver exceptional service in our footwear store. You will demonstrate products, engage customers, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining store standards.

You will handle stock, merchandising, and POS transactions, ensuring accurate records and a pristine shopping environment. Mandarin is a plus, while fluency in English is essential. Join a team focused on delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or footwear store is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to greet customers and upsell.
• Comfortable handling POS transactions and stock checks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products.
• Identify interested and qualified customers and provide them with additional brand and product information.
• Articulate promotion information and incentives to educate/persuade customers to consider purchasing products.
• Deliver sell-through to meet personal sales targets.
• Perform up-sell and cross-sell should opportunities arise.
• Ensure records of sale via the point-of-sale system.
• Replenish shelves and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Attend to customer feedback/complaint and elevate where necessary.
