UNIDY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Brand Ambassador & Business Development Executive to be the face of the company, creating engaging social media content, engaging with prospective students online, and guiding working adults toward education opportunities that elevate their careers.

You will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoy front-facing activities, and earn commissions through consultative sales. Strong English and Mandarin skills, plus weekends often required for roadshows.

• Represent UNIDY at roadshows, pop-up booths, and events.

About The Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador & Business Development Executive.

You will be the face of UNIDY—creating engaging social media content, connecting with prospective students online, and helping working adults discover educational opportunities that can elevate their careers.

If you enjoy being in front of the camera, meeting new people, and earning highly attractive commissions through consultative sales, we want YOU!

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Conceptualize and present in engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (Rednote), and other social platforms.
2. Lead Generation & Social Selling: Build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and engage actively with prospective students via social media DMs and WhatsApp.
3. Consultation & Closing: Provide clear course information, build genuine trust, and guide prospects through the enrollment process to smash your recruitment targets.
4. Event Representation: Be the face of UNIDY at physical roadshows, pop-up booths, and promotional events to engage walk-in crowds.

Who We Are Looking For

• Confident, presentable, and extremely comfortable appearing on camera.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for building rapport with strangers.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our target demographic.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated by performance-based rewards (uncapped commissions!).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for roadshows (Off-in-lieu will be provided).
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for social media are highly welcome to apply!
