Job summary

AF VENTURE PTE. LTD. via Anytime Fitness Singapore seeks a Brand Ambassador to promote the brand, engage with potential members, and convert leads into memberships. You will represent the club online and in person, and drive sales growth.

You will generate leads, nurture relationships, meet sales targets, stay informed about club programs, collaborate with management and marketing, and handle member registrations. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for career advancement.

BRAND AMBASSADOR

Position Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will have a multifaceted role. You will be responsible for promoting the Anytime Fitness brand, engaging with potential members, and converting leads into memberships. You'll embody the spirit of our fitness community while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Anytime Fitness brand with enthusiasm and authenticity, both online and in person, by creating and sharing compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Membership Sales: Proactively connect with leads, explain the advantages of Anytime Fitness memberships, and guide potential members to choose the right membership option for their needs.
• Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies, including outreach, follow-ups, and networking, to drive membership sales and brand recognition.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with members, providing ongoing support and motivation to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the club's success.
• Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the club's programs, equipment, and services to effectively communicate their value to potential members.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with club management and marketing teams to coordinate sales efforts and promotional activities.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, contracts, and member registration processes accurately.
