You will support marketing activities, assist at events, and help create a welcoming gym environment across multiple locations, including social media content and member engagement. This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, has a sales mindset, and stays active. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent our fitness clubs professionally and positively at all times.
• Engage with prospective members through walk-ins, outreach activities, events, roadshows and other promotional activities.
• Follow up with enquiries and leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels.
• Conduct club tours and introduce prospective members to our facilities, services and membership options.
• Support membership sales and work towards individual and club sales targets.
• Assist with lead-generation campaigns and local community outreach.
• Support social media activities, including taking photos and videos and creating simple content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Participate in club events, promotions and member engagement activities.
• Build good relationships with existing members and contribute to a friendly and welcoming club environment.
• Assist with basic front-desk and day-to-day club operations when required.
• Maintain the presentation and brand standards of the club.
• Work at different gym locations as required by operational needs.
