Job summary

The WOW CUBE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Brand & Sales Executive for the Anytime Fitness E!hub / Elias CC location in Singapore. You will oversee gym operations, member satisfaction, staff development and sales initiatives to meet targets.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, inventory, safety checks, and community outreach while acting as the ambassador of the Anytime Fitness culture within the team and member community.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels; Diploma preferred.
• Kinesiology or sports/exercise science related coursework preferred or equivalent.
• 2 years fitness supervisory experience preferred.
• Anytime Fitness Management Training preferred.
• Other licenses/certifications welcome.

Job Title : Anytime Fitness Senior Brand & Sales Executive

Branch : Anytime Fitness E!hub / Elias CC

Reports to: Directors, in absence of, any other senior appointment holder designated by the Company.

GENERAL SUMMARY

1 The position is responsible for the organization, management, administration and supervision of all aspects of the Anytime Fitness Gym. A true ambassador of the Anytime Fitness Culture, he or she tirelessly injects the Anytime Fitness Cultural Values into its staff, members and community resulting in a harmonious environment of happiness, laughter, play, and productivity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• a. Assist with developing, adjusting and enforcing policies and procedures as stipulated by Anytime Fitness Asia;
• b. Maintaining Updated Membership Records;
• c. Budget management; equipment inventory and maintenance, including gym safety checks;
• d. Overseeing good BA management practices;
• e. Effectively updating and answering patron membership enquiries;
• f. Enabling staff workshops and development; and
• g. Developing community outreach programs.

Manage opening/closing procedures, club maintenance, equipment servicing, and facility checklists.

Opening duties

1. 1. Tailgate checks
2. 2. To look out for dangerous/harmful after hour activities that may have been committed by members such as improper attire, not re-racking their weights, etc.
3. 3. Tally of previous day’s sales and end of day reports.
4. 4. Profile creations for sign ups and update class participation sign ups.
5. 5. Member transfers

Closing duties

1. 1. Submission of accurate end of day report to Franchisee/Owners
2. 2. Check the staff time in/out in the current HR management app used by the company.
3. 3. Ensuring the staff office and manger desk are locked and overnight alarms are armed in the office.
4. 4. Ensuring all administration for the day is completed

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Member Experience

• Ensure the fitness training unit is developing safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive fitness training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their fitness fitness goals
• Monitor and instruct training staff on the daily task administration
• Ensure consistent performance of staff sign ups
• Refer members and recommend them to fitness coaches level based on needs, when necessary.
• Oversee that training staff completes and maintains accurate and current client files
• Ensure that Member Service requirements are met –duties may include the following:

• Fitness Eligibility & Equipment Orientations
• Maintain Service Desk
• Facilitate and reply to member feedback and queries
• Fitness Equipment Maintenance.

Sales & Promotion

• Promote and sell fitness memberships and cross promotions evenly across all platforms.
• Diligent Promotion of all Anytime Fitness programs, services and products
• Meeting and pushing all Gym Sales and Performance Targets
• Diligent supervision of Community Outreach Programs
• Designing and executing sales and marketing initiatives
• Design and execute member retention strategies

Managerial & Supervisory

• Ensure that all administrative requirements of the gym are met.
• Ensure the gym’s monthly performance is in accordance with the annual business plan as agreed with Franchisee/Owner
• Collating staff feedback and answering their queries
• Assisting with developing, adjusting and enforcing policies and procedures as stipulated by Anytime Fitness Asia.
• Ensuring effective budget management of events.
• Manage equipment inventory and maintenance, including health and safety checks. Overseeing risk management practices.
• Enabling staff promotion and encouraging staff development
• Attend club and manager meetings.
• Complete all assigned Anytime Fitness Academy courses.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ALL POSITIONS WITHIN ANYTIME FITNESS

• Support and articulate the Anytime Fitness mission statement and Adopt the Anytime Fitness Cultural Values.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Ensure cleanliness of the club using all 5 senses:

1. Sight to ensure club is neat and orderly
2. Sound to ensure music/sound levels are appropriate
3. Touch to ensure floors, countertops, etc are clean and dry
4. Taste to ensure food & beverages in the café are up-to-standards
5. Smell to ensure the club is fresh and odor free

Customer Service

1. Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers.

Safety responsibilities include

1. Comply with all company safety rules
2. Use all required safety devices and fitness protection equipment
3. Report accidents and injuries to Club manager as soon as possible
4. Notify Club manager of any unsafe acts or conditions as soon as possible
5. Participate in safety training and conduct gym safety checks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education ; Minimum GCE 'O' Levels / Preferable Diploma certification

• Any professional courses in kinesiology, sports/exercise science, or other related field preferred or Equivalent
• Work/Life Experience Preferred
• 2 years fitness industry in a supervisory role preferred
• Anytime Fitness Management Development Training Preferred
• Other Licenses / Certifications / Registrations welcome

Technical Skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
• Possess excellent operational knowledge of all fitness equipment Be able to operate all assessment equipment with expertise.
