Job summary

ThinkersBox PTE. LTD. is seeking a Brain Development Coach to deliver engaging, brain-based learning sessions that enhance children's cognitive skills and track their progress.

You will support development through hands-on activities and ongoing assessment, tailoring approaches to each learner. The role requires strong communication, classroom management, and a collaborative mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome, with comprehensive training and attractive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience with diverse learning or behavioural needs is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, brain-based lessons to stimulate cognitive development in young learners.
• Mark and review learners' worksheets and materials to monitor understanding.
• Profile learners and review assessments to tailor learning approaches (training provided).
• Observe and assess progress, providing constructive feedback to management, partners and parents.
• Prepare termly feedback and progress reports documenting learner development.
• Assist with class documentation and distribution/collection of materials and paperwork as needed.
• Manage diverse learner behaviours confidently to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Build rapport with children to foster engagement and trust.
• Apply problem-solving and creative thinking to address diverse class needs and challenges.
• Adapt quickly to new learning methods and maintain a growth mindset to improve teaching effectiveness.

Job Summary

As a Brain Development Coach, you will deliver engaging, brain-based learning sessions that enhance young learners' cognitive skills and track their progress to support their development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on, brain-based lessons to stimulate cognitive development in young learners
• Mark and review learners' worksheets and learning materials to monitor understanding
• Perform learner profiling and review assessments to tailor learning approaches (training provided)
• Observe and assess learners' progress, providing constructive feedback to management, partners, and parents
• Prepare termly feedback and progress reports to document learner development
• Assist with class documentation and manage distribution or collation of materials and paperwork as needed
• Manage diverse learner behaviours confidently and patiently to maintain a positive learning environment
• Build strong rapport with children to foster engagement and trust
• Apply problem-solving skills and creativity to address diverse class needs and challenges
• Adapt quickly to new learning methods and maintain a growth mindset to continuously improve teaching effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Background in teaching (tuition, enrichment, etc.) is a bonus
• Experience working with children with diverse learning and behavioural needs is a strong advantage and will be prioritised
• Strong communication and classroom management skills to effectively facilitate learning
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Other Information

• Commitment & Schedule: One weekday (Wednesday / Thursday / Friday) plus one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), or both weekend days (Saturday & Sunday)
