Job summary

Eduspoke7 in Singapore is seeking a Learning Growth Coach to drive students' progress by coaching them on effective learning strategies, habits, and goal setting beyond traditional tutoring. You will manage individual learning plans, guide study routines, monitor progress across MOE systems (PSLE, O-Level, IB, etc.), and collaborate with parents and the planning team to support long-term educational goals.

The role requires weekend work with a weekday off and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work weekends with one weekday off to meet scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track students' learning and growth plans to ensure progress.

• Utilize the AI Learning Platform to support and enhance student development and outcomes.
• Participate in daily student review meetings and deliver weekly progress updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with students, parents, and the education planning team to align on goals and progress.
• Contribute to students' education pathway planning for long-term goals.

Job Summary

As a Learning Growth Coach, you will drive students' learning progress and personal growth by coaching them on effective learning strategies, habits, and goal setting beyond traditional tutoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track students' individual learning and growth plans to ensure continuous progress
• Guide students in applying learning strategies, study habits, time management, independent learning, and goal setting for academic success
• Monitor students' academic progress across various education systems including Singapore MOE, PSLE, O-Level, A-Level, IGCSE, and IB to identify challenges and recommend tailored strategies
• Utilize the AI Learning Platform to support and enhance student development and learning outcomes
• Participate actively in daily student review meetings and deliver weekly progress updates to stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and the education planning team to align on goals and progress
• Contribute to students' academic and education pathway planning to support their long‑term educational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with students and parents
• Ability to work weekends with one weekday off to meet scheduling requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in teaching, tutoring, academic coaching, or education planning
• Strong understanding of Singapore and international education systems
• Demonstrated patience, responsibility, organization, and passion for working with students
• Proven learning ability, problem solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership

Other Information

• Location: Singapore
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week, including weekends, with one weekday off
• Salary: From SGD 3,000/month + Performance Bonus, depending on experience and capabilities
