You will set targets for department managers across product categories, monitor budgets, and ensure strong budget adherence while optimizing stock and client services. You will develop staff, coordinate VIP events, and maintain client loyalty programs, aiming to increase customer flow and elevate store presentation with brand standards.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury boutique management or premium retail environments preferred.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Proven ability to set and achieve department targets and budgets.

Responsibilities

Set targets for department managers and define targets per product category.
Achieve the targets and manage monthly and yearly boutique budgets.
Analyze sales results by product category across departments.
Monitor KPI metrics: hit rate, average sale, units per sale, capture rate.
Optimize stock levels and communicate trends with buyers to improve sell-through.
Maintain client databases, loyalty programs, and VIP room usage.
Lead and develop store teams; recruit, coach, and appraise staff monthly.
Drive events and cross-selling to grow sales across all product categories.
Ensure store appearance, merchandising standards, and brand image.
