Job summary

Montblanc Singapore seeks a Retail Operations professional to partner with Boutique Managers and drive operational excellence across the region.

You will develop and rollout HQ policies from the Boutique Excellence Portal, coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Training, Finance, Compliance and HR, and manage staffing, facilities and expenses to sustain store efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational performance and partner with Boutique Managers to deliver operational excellence.
• Develop, implement and maintain operational policies and strategies aligned with HQ BEP guidelines.
• Rollout HQ projects locally and communicate initiatives to the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize merchandising, retail operations, and strategic direction.
• Roster management to ensure adequate staffing for traffic and clienteling.
• Oversee boutique facilities, housekeeping, and daily expenses including SAP workflows.
• Identify and resolve ad-hoc retail operational issues to support performance.
