Job summary

HSA is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to anchor Board Governance, Leadership Engagement and Organisation Development. The role requires strategic thinking and strong execution to support governance, leadership alignment and a people-centric culture.

You will back governance operations, provide guidance on policies, manage board processes, and drive initiatives that shape culture, employee engagement, and change management across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Background in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Communications.
• Experience in governance, organisational development, or internal communications is desirable.
• Public sector or regulated environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Anchor Board Governance, Leadership Engagement & Organisation Development initiatives.
• Serve as Secretariat to the HSA Board including meeting cycles, agendas, papers and minutes.
• Drive organisation development interventions spanning internal communications, staff wellness and culture-building initiatives.
• Oversee governance of research activities in line with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Contribute to staff newsletters and editorial/design collaboration.
