Job summary

DayOne Data Centers, a Singapore-headquartered global digital infrastructure platform, seeks an experienced BMS/BAS/EPMS Project Lead to drive design, delivery, and maintenance across hyperscale environments. You will ensure quality, schedule adherence, and installation standards on assigned projects, coordinating across disciplines.

Responsibilities include enforcing standardized QA/QC procedures, supporting construction teams to meet milestones, and leading FAT, Cx, and IST testing phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Systems Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years designing and delivering BMS/BAS/EPMS on hyperscale projects.
• ISO/quality frameworks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality, schedule compliance, and installation standards for BMS, BAS, and EPMS scopes across assigned projects.
• Enforce and execute standardized installation checklists, QA/QC documentation, and testing procedures.
• Support the wider construction teams to ensure BMS scopes are on time and meeting project delivery milestones.
• Attend/manage key project BMS testing phases, including FAT, Commissioning (Cx), and IST.
