Job summary

DayOne, a global leader in data infrastructure, seeks a Technical Account Manager to support sales with deep technical engagement for hyperscale customers. The role sits in the sales team and interfaces with design, delivery, operations, and construction to align execution with contracts.

Based in Singapore, you will bridge customer requirements with internal teams, manage complex program delivery, and help drive multi-megawatt capacity opportunities while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting hyperscale customers in a data center environment.
• Strong program management capability with coordinating complex technical and delivery discussions.
• Practical understanding of data center solutioning including fit-out and connectivity.
• Ability to bridge front-end account activity and back-end execution with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical counterpart to sales for hyperscale accounts and guide opportunity development.
• Lead coordination between customer engineering and internal design, delivery, and operations teams.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable internal tasks and technical responses.
• Support development of large contracts by driving the technical workstream and delivery commitments.
• Manage cross-functional discussions to align timelines, decisions, and dependencies.
• Provide program management support across stakeholders involved in high-capacity data center opportunities.
• Identify risks early and work with teams to resolve issues before commitments are affected.
• Build confidence with hyperscale customers through clarity, rigor and coordination.
