NEWTONE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on BMS Project Engineer with strong Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) experience.

You will turn customer requirements and M&E systems into control strategies and BMS solutions, delivering designs through to commissioning and handover. The role involves configuring EBO/SmartX controllers, integrating BACnet/Modbus with other building systems, performing FAT/SAT, and coordinating with consultants, contractors and OEMs to resolve

Formación

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Controls/Automation or related field.
• 3–8 years of BMS/controls experience, depending on level.
• Hands-on Schneider EBO experience; transferable skills with other BMS platforms.
• Solid HVAC understanding: PID control, interlocks, sequencing.
• Proficient in BACnet, Modbus, and IP networking.
• Site commissioning and troubleshooting experience; able to read M&E drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Design BMS architecture, schematics, I/O schedules, and sequences.
• Configure and program EBO and SmartX controllers.
• Integrate third-party systems via BACnet and Modbus.
• Perform FAT/SAT, commissioning, and document as-built test results.
• Coordinate with project teams, review submissions, and handle technical queries.
• Troubleshoot site, controller, network, and integration issues to root cause.
