Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. seeks a BMS Engineer to design, engineer and commission Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) projects.

You will translate client requirements into robust control strategies, develop sequences of operation and lead system integration and on-site commissioning with consultants, contractors and end users. You will configure EBO, program SmartX controllers, develop graphics and alarms, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering

Qualifications

Experience in BMS design and engineering.
Proficiency with Schneider EBO programming.
Ability to translate customer requirements into control strategies.
Experience with system integration and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

Design and engineer BMS solutions based on project specifications and M&E systems.
Develop BMS architecture, control schematics, I/O schedules and network architecture.
Translate HVAC and building-services requirements into control strategies.
Review M&E drawings, equipment specifications and control requirements.
Identify engineering gaps and risks during design stage.
Configure and program Schneider EBO systems and SmartX controllers.
Develop sequences of operation for equipment and energy optimisation.
Integrate BMS with third-party systems using BACnet/Modbus.
Conduct site testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT as required.
Coordinate engineering activities with project managers and site teams.
Provide technical support and resolve complex controls issues.
