Job summary

LEWE ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a BMS Engineer to design, program, and integrate BMS solutions for building operations in Singapore. You will translate project specs into reliable systems, develop control logic, and ensure monitoring of HVAC, lighting, and energy management.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Control Systems Engineering.
• Reading BMS drawings and PLC wiring diagrams experience.
• Minimum 2 years in BMS engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and prepare detailed BMS drawings, including PLC panel layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Program BMS devices, including PLCs and controllers, using industry-standard tools.
• Integrate BMS with HVAC, lighting, and fire safety systems; configure Modbus, BACnet, and Profibus.
