Job summary

Carrier Singapore (PTE) LIMITED is seeking an engineering professional to support project setup, programming, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) on-site. You will work closely with project managers to test, commission, and troubleshoot HVAC and building automation systems, ensuring project plans and specifications are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in a related engineering field.
Interest in building automation and smart building technologies.
Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC systems.
Knowledge of building automation protocols, programming, and system integration.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support and supervision of project sites for daily operations.
Design, planning, testing, commissioning and software programming of BMS per project plans.
Test and commission BMS, FAS, and Security Systems with submittals and OSE/ O&M docs.
Provide after-service follow up and solutions to maintain customer systems.
Document and analyze information for small projects; primary customer contact and issue resolution.
Update project schedules and prepare management documents, meeting minutes, RFIs and correspondences.
