L-QUBE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Service Engineer to maintain and service equipment at client sites with a focus on BMS. You will install, calibrate, perform preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.

The role requires a diploma in engineering, 1–3 years field service experience, knowledge of BMS/ELV, and ability to travel island-wide. Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 1–3 years of hands-on field service and maintenance experience.
• Good knowledge of Building Management System (BMS) and ELV systems.
• Knowledge of AHU/PLC programming and related controls preferred.
• Willingness to travel island-wide and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of equipment and systems.
• Handle breakdown calls and perform timely repairs.
• Monitor regular maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain detailed service records and reports.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Conduct hands-on training for clients and field technicians.
• Prepare field service reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate A&A work with clients, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities with proper documentation.
• Evaluate project requirements and prepare proposals for work completion.
