Job summary

AZBIL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a technical leader to manage a team of subcontractors for maintenance and service works. You will plan, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with authority and client requirements.

You will liaise with subcontractors and vendors for quotations and purchase orders, perform system checks, backups and troubleshooting, and upgrade the system to keep the BMS running optimally. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
Preferably with relevant maintenance experience.
Knowledge of BMS/HVAC and PLC is advantageous.
Independent, proactive and able to multi-task to meet timelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for maintenance and service works.
Plan, organize, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance timely.
Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors for quotations and purchase orders.
Perform system checks, backups, troubleshooting and upgrades to optimize BMS performance.
Aim to optimise BMS to reduce building energy consumption.
Provide technical and operational guidance to Facility Management.
